Yes — ₱500/month for maintenance, plus a 5% commission on completed bookings. Page & article SEO (₱1,000/month) is optional — you can turn it on or off anytime from your dashboard. There's also a ₱25,000 setup fee, but new partners get their first month free — your listing goes live right away, no upfront payment needed. After that, ₱12,500 (50%) is needed to keep your listing active, with the remaining ₱12,500 collected automatically in 12 smaller monthly installments rather than one lump sum. See the full breakdown on our pricing page.
Guests pay your GCash account directly. BookLocalPH never holds your money — we're not a payment processor, we're the platform connecting you with guests.
Guests are told to pay you directly on arrival, and you just mark the booking as paid from your Payments tab once they do — same 5% commission either way.
Commission is deducted automatically from your wallet balance as bookings are approved. You're expected to keep at least ₱500 in your wallet — if your balance drops below that, you'll get notified and are expected to top up promptly. Your listing stays visible to guests throughout; this is an account standing issue between you and BookLocalPH, not something that affects your guests.
No. Everything is managed through your dashboard — no code, no website to maintain.
Yes — enable push notifications from your dashboard and you'll get alerted the instant a guest books or submits a payment, even if the app isn't open. Everything's also saved to your in-app Notifications tab so nothing gets missed.

Already listed, and want a system that's entirely your own?
A BookLocalPH page is shared space. Some owners also want their own website, a booking calendar, or even a point-of-sale setup — entirely theirs, nobody else on the page.
